Julie Beavers, PT, DPT

Julie is originally from Birmingham, AL and attended Auburn University where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham where she conducted a pilot study on the effects of a yoga program on balance in older adults. Julie was one of three in her class to be inducted into the Alpha Eta Society for excellence in service and academics in UAB’s College of Health Related Professions.

Julie is currently a member of both the American Physical Therapy Association and the Alabama Physical Therapy Association, and is a member of the Orthopedic Section of the American Physical Therapy Association. She is focusing her clinical practice on manual therapy of the spine.

Julie is an active volunteer for the American Heart Association and the American Cancer Society. She is married and enjoys entertaining, reading, and spending time outdoors with her husband and two dogs.

T-Michael Dougherty, LPTA

T-Michael serves as a physical therapist assistant for PT Solutions of South Montgomery. He is originally from Milwaukee, WI but has spent most of his life in Montgomery. He is a graduate of South University in Montgomery. He has completed extensive coursework through continuing education on Vestibular Rehabilitation and has an emphasis in dizziness, balance and vestibular disorders.

Clinically, T-Michael has an emphasis in manual therapy and the treatment and prevention of spinal dysfunction. T-Michael is a member of American Physical Therapy Association and the private practice section.

In his free time, T-Michael enjoys playing tennis, woodworking and traveling. He is also an active volunteer for MANE (Montgomery Area Non Traditional Equestrian Center) which provides therapeutic riding for children and adults with developmental disabilities.

Quinn S. Millington, PT, MS, ECS, OCS, ATC

Quinn serves PT Solutions as Chief Operating Officer. Quinn received his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University in Provo, UT where he also earned a minor in psychology and studied Korean. He earned his Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Quinn is board certification in clinical electrophysiology and orthopedics and is a Certified Athletic Trainer.

Quinn has managed and performed services in the acute hospital and industrial settings, as well as the long-term care, outpatient facility, and sports medicine environments. He has provided operational oversight, development, planning and acquisition integration for clinics located in Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas and Colorado.

Quinn currently oversees PT Solutions’ daily operations including billing, accounting, financial reporting and IT. He focuses his clinical practice on manual therapy of the spine and electroneuromyography. Quinn has presented on orthopedic physical therapy and anatomy. He is a member of both the American Physical Therapy Association and the Alabama Physical Therapy Association. Quinn has also served the profession as an adjunct professor of Anatomy at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

He has also served as a missionary to Korea and speaks, reads and writes Korean, he is an eagle scout and plays the piano. He is married with three daughters and is actively engaged in church activities.
